As the School of Foreign Languages, we adopt the principle of providing language education at national and international standards with the understanding of a barrier-free life, guided by the deep-rooted Quality Policy of our university. Our primary goal is to meet the needs and expectations of all faculties and departments in our university in language learning at the highest level, to use all the resources of our school efficiently, to develop innovative approaches and to be in a competitive position in language education. In this direction, we aim to continuously improve and develop by including all our internal and external stakeholders in our processes, and to ensure the spread and sustainability of our quality management system.
In this context, as the School of Foreign Languages, we act with an understanding that prioritizes stakeholder satisfaction with our quality-conscious managers, experienced instructors and all our employees. By designing our quality assurance mechanisms, measurement and evaluation activities in an integrated structure, we ensure the sustainability of our services and provide services in line with the determined standards in a wide range from general English and academic English courses in faculties to educating students for our English departments with English Preparatory Programs and bringing international students to our Turkish departments with Turkish Preparatory Programs.
We work to ensure that our students become individuals who are self-confident, have high communication skills, can produce solutions to global problems and are sensitive to the needs of society. We design our education-training programs in line with the needs and expectations of all our stakeholders, in accordance with international standards and based on continuous improvement; with our qualified staff, we adopt a student-centered, barrier-free and integrative education-training policy using up-to-date teaching techniques. We do not limit language education to in-class learning, but aim to increase the social sensitivity of our students with cultural activities and social projects. We care about providing services as an intercultural institution and ensuring sustainability in this field by supporting student and staff mobility with our international connections and partnerships.
We support our quality assurance systems by ensuring the protection and reliability of our institutional knowledge. Based on the effectiveness, accountability and transparency of the applications, we meticulously monitor the efficient use of all resources and offer a strategic management system that ensures the spread of quality culture in our college. We adopt the understanding of providing qualified information resources and support services to our students and faculty members by continuously improving the quality of distance education and our technical infrastructure.
